Our pre-production process of ensuring hires images provided for print, as well as double-checking and sign off of proofs via client, is put in place to ensure no mistakes or errors along the way. That said here are some things you might want to know.
We do not offer any refunds on products bought at Ecobranding online store, as all products are custom made for each client’s specific needs. Therefore we are not able to refund any product once the production on it has started already.
