About The Event
Accessibility is not about disability---
It’s about ABILITY
It’s about making it easy for everyone to:
- Acquire the same information
- Engage in the same interactions
- Enjoy the same services
The world is designed badly.... From buildings, spaces, products and services whether physical or digital it's generally designed without thinking of everyone. Most of business will believe that people living with disabilities are not a legit user group. That the numbers are too small to count. Unknowing that by making your product work for people who might have low vision or hearing, mobility or cognitive challenges, you're indirectly making your products and services work well for everyone. Make your products easier to use and allow flexibility to adjust based on their own personal preferences, and you'll get it right for everyone.
